- Where do my customers' requests arrive?All your requests arrive in the "Requests" page of the menu, and by email if you chose it.
- Handle a request: call, reply, change the statusContact the customer, make their quote and follow the request through to "Completed".
- Offer online bookingYour customers choose a service and a free slot, you accept the request.
- Ask for a deposit on bookingThe customer pays a deposit online to confirm their appointment.
- Send a quote-based booking link (custom work)For work outside your services, you set up the service and send a link: the customer picks their own drop-off day in your schedule.
