120 updates since launch, the latest on November 2, 2026. Every addition reaches all garages, at no extra cost.
Requests and appointments
Quotes: the customer accepts by booking a slot
Send the quote with a booking link: the customer reads it, picks a drop-off day and books. The quote turns "accepted" and the appointment lands in your calendar, with nothing to approve.
Quote-based booking: the client picks a slot with your link
For work outside your services (accepted quote, vehicle kept several days), set up the service and send the client a link: they book directly in your schedule.
When you mark a request as "Completed", your customer receives a link to review you on your ChiptuneMAP listing. This used to apply to ChiptuneMAP requests only: it now also covers requests from your website (form, tuning simulator, E85 simulator).
For a service where the customer drops the vehicle off (E85, full day…), choose what the customer sees about pick-up: the calculated time, nothing, or your own text.
New tool in "Attract customers": one photo, the before and after figures, your colours, and you download an image ready to post, as a 4:5 post or a 9:16 story.
Network option: your centres receive the requests from your simulator
Do you have several workshops or partner garages? Create your network in Settings › Network and invite their ChiptunePRO accounts. With the Network option, each request from your simulator goes to the centre closest to the customer.
Booking deposit: customers pay to confirm their appointment
You can now ask for a deposit when a customer books online. The appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is paid, so fewer customers fail to show up. Until you turn it on, nothing changes.
Your ChiptuneMAP listing has been reorganised: photos of your work now show in large format at the top of the page, and your reviews come before everything else.
Excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, forklifts, forestry machines, jet skis and pontoons in the database now have their photo. Every vehicle type in your simulators now has photos.
The trucks, tractor units, buses and coaches in the database now have their photo: nearly 100 models, from Scania and Volvo to DAF, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Renault and Iveco.
The tractors, combines, forage harvesters, sprayers and telehandlers in the database now have their photo: over 200 models, from John Deere and Fendt to Claas and Massey Ferguson.
The motorcycles, scooters, quads and side-by-sides in the database now have their photo, just like cars: over 300 models, from the Aprilia RS 660 to the Yamaha T-Max.
Offers: a promo code or a prize draw on your website
New tool in the menu: create a discount or a prize draw, show it in a window on your website, and collect your visitors' emails. Included in the Pro plan.
The menu now has two groups: "My activity" for day-to-day work, "Attract customers" for what brings requests in. A new page gathers everything you can display or share.
Do you reply to your requests by email? Tell ChiptunePRO
If you reply to your customers from your mailbox, by phone or on WhatsApp, your requests stayed listed as “To handle”. Two additions on the Requests page fix that.
Remove or offer an option on several models at once
“Edit several vehicles” has a new Options tab: you choose a brand, tick the models and the options, and everything changes in one go instead of engine by engine.
On chiptunepro.com, you can create a remap quote as a PDF in one minute, with no account and no email. The page is in French and follows French invoicing rules, like quotes and invoices in ChiptunePRO.
Without a subscription, you can now see your Google rating and latest reviews as they will appear on your website. Installing them on your website remains part of the subscription.
Your Google reviews on your ChiptuneMAP page and on your website
Link your Google listing to your account: your rating and latest reviews show on your ChiptuneMAP page, and a widget displays them on your website. Included in the Simple, Ultra and Lifetime plans.
On the day your subscription renews, the simulator, contact form and online booking on your website could stop for a few hours, until the payment came through. This is fixed.
In "My ChiptuneMAP listing", copy the badge code and paste it in your website footer: visitors see your rating, and the link to your listing helps it rank in Google.
Ask a question in the chat (bubble at the bottom right): the assistant answers directly, without sending you to the help center, and shows you how to do it on the screen.
Links with your name for your listing and bookings
Your ChiptuneMAP listing and your booking link now use your garage's name instead of a number, for example chiptunemap.com/en/find-a-tuner/my-garage and app.chiptunepro.com/rdv/my-garage.
Some engines cannot be converted to ethanol, or you do not do Stage 2 on them. You can now remove a level, engine by engine or all at once across a whole selection.
Over 30 up-to-date articles, with search. Support (the ? button at the top) asks whether it is a question, a problem or an idea, and attaches the page you were on so we understand straight away.
Without a subscription, the “Discover” page shows a demo of your own simulator, in your name, and lets you subscribe directly. The “Getting started” guide, at the top of the menu, tracks your first settings.
The new mandatory mentions are in place: nature of operations (services, sale of parts or both) and the option to pay VAT on invoicing ("TVA sur les débits").
One page brings together your vehicle files (original, modified, Stage 1 to 3, conversion) with search and filters. The calendar has also been refreshed, and your garage name appears in the E85 simulator.
