Which plan should I choose?
Three plans: Discovery (free), Visibility for the simulators on your website, Pro to manage customers and invoices without limits.
Before you start
- Plans are on the app's /pricing page, or in "Settings" > "My account" > "Change plan".
Discovery, €0
Free, with no time limit and no bank card. You get your ChiptuneMAP listing, the calendar, 5 customers and vehicles, 3 quotes and invoices. You can set up the remapping simulator and put it on your website for a discovery period: 5 requests or 30 days, whichever comes first.
Visibility, €19.90/month
Everything in Discovery, plus the remapping simulator and the E85 ethanol simulator on your website, online booking, and your customisable data and plugins. All your requests stay readable, and you can add 1 domain on top of your website. Customers and vehicles stay limited to 5, quotes and invoices to 3.
Pro, €34.99/month
Everything in Visibility, plus unlimited customers and vehicles, unlimited quotes and invoices, Google Calendar sync, promo codes and contests, and priority support. You can add 2 domains. The card shows "Most popular".
Compare line by line
Further down the page, the "Compare features" table shows each feature for the three plans: "Max 5", "Max 3", "Unlimited", "1 domain", "2 domains" or "Optional".
Monthly or yearly
Above the plans, the "Monthly" / "Yearly" toggle changes the prices. Yearly, Visibility costs €190.90 (€15.91/month, "Save 2 months") and Pro €400 (€33.33/month). All plans are commitment-free.
Add an option
Under "Options to add to your plan": "No-commission deposit" at €15/month (€150/year) removes the 2% taken on each deposit. "Network" costs €15/month with 5 centres, then €2.99 per centre. Both are added to Visibility or Pro.
Subscribe
Click "Choose Visibility" or "Try PRO for free". If you already have a subscription, the button becomes "Change plan". Payment is made online, then you come back to the app.
What your customer sees
Without a subscription, once the simulator discovery is over, the simulator pauses on your website. Requests from ChiptuneMAP and from your /rdv booking page stay readable.
If it doesn't work
- What does the "Discover" badge in the menu mean?
- It marks a paid feature you can open without a subscription, for example "Files" or "E85 simulator": the page explains what it brings.
- What does "Limited" next to "Customers" mean?
- Your plan limits your records to 5 customers and 5 vehicles. Only the Pro plan makes it unlimited.
- My requests are blurred.
- Without a subscription, beyond the 5 discovery requests, those from your website are blurred. The Visibility plan makes them readable.
