Requests and appointments
Requests during the discovery (first 5 readable)
Without a subscription, your first 5 requests from your website arrive with the customer's contact details, the next ones are locked.
Before you start
- An account without a subscription, with the simulator or booking form installed on your declared website.
The discovery: 5 requests or 30 days
It starts when the simulator shows for the first time on your declared website. The first 5 requests sent from your website (simulator or form) arrive readable, with name, phone, email and message. It ends at the 5th request or after 30 days, whichever comes first.
After the discovery, the simulator pauses
Your visitors see "Simulator temporarily unavailable". A request that still comes in is locked: at the top of "Requests", the "3 requests are waiting for you" card gives the number, with the "Unlock my requests" button.
What a locked request shows
It has the "Locked" badge. Name, phone, email and message are blurred, the source stays visible. You can neither accept nor decline it while it is locked.
Unlock
Click "Unlock my requests": you go to payment for the Visibility plan, commitment-free. The simulator comes back straight away and locked requests become readable, older ones included.
What always stays readable
Requests from ChiptuneMAP and from your app.chiptunepro.com/rdv page do not count towards the discovery. Nor do tests made in the "Preview" tab: they stay readable.
What your customer sees
During the discovery, the customer goes through the form (no garage phone or WhatsApp in the simulator) and sees a small "Powered by ChiptuneMAP" link below the simulator.
If it doesn't work
- My discovery has not started.
- It only starts when the simulator shows on the website declared in "My websites". Another domain, or a Chiptune page, does not start it.
- I cancelled. Are my old requests locked?
- No. Only new requests received after the subscription ends are affected.
- I created a new account. Does the discovery start again?
- No. It is tied to the website's domain: a domain only gets one discovery.
