What is ChiptunePRO for?

ChiptunePRO brings together in one account what brings customers to a tuning garage and what you need to handle them.

Before you start

Two groups in the menu
The left menu is organised in two groups. "My activity" brings together your daily work: requests, customers, calendar, files. "Attract customers" brings together what you show: simulators, online booking, reviews, ChiptuneMAP listing.
Attract customers
The remapping simulator and the E85 ethanol simulator show on your website: the visitor sees the power gain or the fuel savings, then sends you a request. "Online booking" lets them choose a service and a slot. Your ChiptuneMAP listing puts you in the tuners directory, with your prices, your work and your customers' reviews.
Handle what comes in
Requests from the simulator, booking and ChiptuneMAP arrive in "Requests". You turn them into a customer, an appointment in "Calendar" or a quote. "Customers" keeps each customer with their vehicles, files, quotes and invoices. Quotes and invoices are only available to businesses based in France.
Follow your figures
"Overview" is your dashboard: pending requests, simulations over 30 days, appointments over the next 30 days, number of customers.
Get help
The bubble at the bottom right opens the assistant. It answers based on your account and can show you where to click. "Help" > "Quick start" lists the steps to get your first requests.

What your customer sees

Your customers never see the app: they see the simulator on your website, your booking page and your ChiptuneMAP listing.

Do I have to pay to start?: No. The Discovery plan is free with no time limit: ChiptuneMAP listing, 5 customers and vehicles, 3 quotes and invoices, calendar. The simulators on your website need the Visibility or Pro plan.
I don't see "Quotes and invoices".: Invoicing is only offered to businesses based in France. The sub-link does not appear for other countries.
