Set my hours, breaks and closures for appointments

Your open days, lunch break and closed periods decide which slots the customer is offered.

Before you start

  • In the menu, open "Online booking", "Services and hours" tab, "Booking hours" block.
  1. Open or close a day

Each day has its own switch. Off, the day shows "Closed" and no slot is offered. On, it starts with 08:00 to 12:00, a break, then 13:00 to 18:00.

  2. Change the hours

Type the opening and closing time of each range, in 15-minute steps. Each range must start before it ends, and the afternoon must start after the break.

  3. Add or remove the break

On a day without a break, click "Break": the day is split into two ranges. One break per day at most. The × on the "Break" badge removes it. No slot falls during a break.

  4. Copy one day to the week

"Copy Monday hours to every open day" copies the first open day to the other open days. Closed days stay closed.

  5. Save

As soon as a time changes, "Cancel" and "Save hours" appear under the list. Click "Save hours". These are the same hours as on your ChiptuneMAP listing: the listing changes too.

  6. Block a period

For holidays or a trade show, click "Block a period". Fill in "Start", "End" and "Reason (optional)", then "Block this slot". The period shows under "Blocked periods", with a pencil to edit it and a bin to delete it.

What your customer sees

The customer only sees free slots within your hours, outside breaks and blocked periods. In your calendar, blocked periods are hatched.

If it doesn't work

The block shows "Your hours are set on your ChiptuneMAP profile, which you haven't created yet."
Create your listing first: "Edit on my listing" opens its hours. After that, you edit them here.
"Save hours" is greyed out.
A range ends before it starts, or the afternoon starts before the end of the break. The red message under the list points it out.
A blocked period has disappeared from the list.
The list only shows upcoming periods. A finished period is no longer listed.
