Quotes and invoices
Make a quote
You fill in the quote in two steps, "Quote details" then "Services", with the PDF preview alongside, then you save or send it.
Before you start
- Invoicing is only available for businesses based in France.
- Your invoicing details are filled in under Settings > Invoicing (name, SIRET, address, email). Otherwise, the quote can't be saved.
- Without the Pro plan, you can create 3 quotes.
Open a new quote
In "Quotes and invoices", click "New quote", or "Create" > "Quote" at the top of the screen. The quote opens full screen, with the PDF preview on the right.
Choose the customer and vehicle
In "Client", search by name or phone number, or click "Create a new customer". Choose one of their vehicles or "Add a vehicle", then fill in "Registration" and "Mileage".
Set the number and dates
The number is automatic and assigned when you save. For the "Expiry date", choose "In 15 days", "In 30 days" (default), "In 45 days" or "Choose". Click "Continue".
Add the services
Type a few letters in "Description": your simulator prices for this vehicle, your services and the lines you already used show with their price. One click fills the line. Type the price excl. VAT or incl. VAT, the other is calculated.
Show the power gain
If the vehicle's engine is known, "Show the power gain on the quote" adds a table in hp and Nm. The box is ticked as soon as there is a remapping line.
Save or send
The gear icon at the top sets "Prices on the PDF": "Excl. and incl. VAT" or "Incl. VAT only". "Save as draft" opens the quote page. "Save and send" saves it, then opens the sending screen.
Send the email
In "Send your quote", fill in "Send to" (5 addresses maximum), "Subject" and "Message". On the right, you see the email as the customer will receive it. Click "Send the quote".
What your customer sees
The customer receives your message, the quote summary and the attached PDF. With "The customer books their slot", the email also contains the "Accept and book my slot" button.
If it doesn't work
- I don't see "Quotes and invoices".
- Invoicing only appears for accounts whose country is France.
- The message "Complete your invoicing details first." shows.
- Fill in name, SIRET, address and email under Settings > Invoicing, then save again.
- "New quote" is replaced by a subscription button.
- You have reached 3 quotes without the Pro plan. You can still view and edit the quotes you already created.
