Create a quote from a request

A request's "Quote" button opens a quote already filled in with the customer, their vehicle and what they chose in the simulator.

Before you start

Open the request
In "Requests", click the request. At the top of the details, click "Quote". The request moves from "To handle" to "In progress".
Check the customer and the vehicle
The quote opens on "Quote details" with the customer's name, email and phone, and their vehicle. The cross to the right of the customer lets you choose another one. Add "Registration" and "Mileage" if needed, then click "Continue".
Review the services carried over
The chosen level (e.g. "Reprogrammation Stage 2 · Peugeot 308 GTi 1.6 THP 270"), its options, the combo discount and any promo code arrive as lines, at the price shown to the customer. The simulator's price incl. VAT is converted to excl. VAT; the total incl. VAT matches the amount shown to the customer.
Complete and save
Add lines with "Add a service" or "Add a discount". Click "Save and send" to open the sending screen, or "Save as draft".
The customer joins your records
On saving, the quote is linked to the customer record with the same email or phone, otherwise a record is created with the note "Created from a request of …".
Find the quote
On the request, the button becomes "View quote" and opens the quote.

What your customer sees

Nothing is sent until you send the quote. The customer then receives it by email with the PDF.

No "Quote" button on the request.: It is only available to accounts in France.
A line has no price.: An "on quote" option or a promo code without an amount arrives to be completed. Without a chosen level, a "Reprogrammation · véhicule" line is offered without a price.
The customer already existed as a duplicate.: Matching uses the email or the last 9 digits of the phone number. With other contact details, a new record is created.
