Creating a bundle
A bundle fixes the price of a level with specific options, for example Stage 1 + AdBlue OFF at €350, on every vehicle with the same engine.
Before you start
- Options with a price, saved in the "Options" tab. Without them, "Create a bundle" is greyed out and the block shows "First add your options and save them, then create your bundles."
Open the wizard
"Options" tab, "Your bundles" block at the top: click "Create a bundle". The wizard has 3 steps.

Step 1: the engine
Type the engine name (e.g. "1.5 bluehdi"). Tick one or more engines, or "Select all" to cover every power output. The bundle applies to every vehicle with this engine. Or choose "All vehicles" ("Diesel", "Petrol" or "All"): everywhere, except where an engine bundle exists.
Step 2: the service
Choose the "Level", then tick the "Included options". Click "Continue".
Step 3: the price
On an engine, type the "Bundle price" including VAT: the "Usual price" and "The customer saves" show up. On "All vehicles", type the price of the included options: the customer will pay the engine's level price plus this amount. A sentence sums up the bundle. Click "Save bundle".
Edit or delete
Each bundle appears in "Your bundles" with its engines, the number of vehicles and its price. The pencil edits it, the bin deletes it after "Delete this bundle?".
What your customer sees
When the customer picks this level and these options on a covered engine, they see "… bundle" and "Bundle saving" instead of the automatic discount. The request and the pre-filled quote include the bundle.
If it doesn't work
- "Create a bundle" is greyed out.
- Add your options with a price in "Your options", then click "Save".
- "No engine found".
- Try fewer words, for example "1.5 hdi".
- Two bundles on the same engine?
- Yes, if the options differ: Stage 1 + DPF + EGR and Stage 1 + AdBlue + DPF can each have their own price.
