Customer reviews: one link for all your requests
When you mark a request as "Completed", your customer receives a link to review you on your ChiptuneMAP listing. This used to apply to ChiptuneMAP requests only: it now also covers requests from your website (form, tuning simulator, E85 simulator).
How it works
In a completed request, the "Review link" box gives you the link to copy, or to send by WhatsApp or SMS with a ready-made message in the customer's language. Handy for a customer who called and left no email.
Online appointments: the link appears once the appointment time has passed, in the request and in the appointment in your calendar, with a "Send by email" button.
The link works once and stays valid for 30 days. The customer gets a single reminder after 7 days. Every review is checked by the ChiptuneMAP team before it goes live.
