Appointments: you decide how pick-up is shown
For a service where the customer drops the vehicle off (E85, full day…), choose what the customer sees about pick-up: the calculated time, nothing, or your own text.
How it works
In « Online booking » > « Services and opening hours », open the service: « Vehicle pick-up shown to the customer » offers Calculated time, Hidden or Custom text (for example « You can pick up the vehicle the day before »).
The setting applies to all three widgets: booking form, E85 simulator and tuning simulator.
Your calendar keeps the vehicle until the calculated time, and the pick-up time follows the appointment if it is moved.
An appointment's details in the calendar also show the deposit paid (amount, status, free cancellation deadline) and the customer's note.
