Quotes and invoices are made on one page: customer, vehicle, service shortcuts (Stage 1, E85, dyno...), live totals, then save or send.
How it works
The list shows what is left to collect, what is overdue and the quotes waiting for an answer.
Each document only offers the actions its status allows.
VAT is calculated after the discount, rounded to the cent.
An issued invoice can no longer go back to draft: it is cancelled instead, as the law requires.
An invoice or quote now reads like the final document, on phones too.
