Quotes and invoices: two steps, with the preview alongside
Quotes now fill in full screen, in two steps, and the PDF updates alongside as you type.
How it works
“Quote details”: the customer, the vehicle and the expiry date in one click (15, 30 or 45 days).
“Services”: one card per line, which you can collapse once filled in, with the quantity and the prices excl. and incl. VAT.
The gear icon at the top chooses the prices shown on the PDF: excl. and incl. VAT, or incl. VAT only.
The preview uses your billing settings, like the PDF: logo, VAT number, legal status and notices, and payment details on invoices.
